Spicy fresh pepperoni pizza

3 or 6 meals for meal prep


Pizza crust makes 2 pizzas

4 eggs 2 per crust

4 cups mozzarella 2 cups per crust

1/2 cup almond flour

4 oz cream cheese 2oz per crust


Pizza crust

1. Set oven to 375

2. Melt cream cheese

3. Blend all ingredients until well mixed

4. Put parchment paper on 2 cookie sheets

5. Spread mixture on sheet spread to a circle nearly as big as you want your final

6. If smaller do 14 minutes and switch at 7 minutes

7. Bake 18 minutes

8. Switching racks at 9 minutes

9. Remove from oven

10. Let rest 5 minutes


Pizza Toppings

80 pepperonis (40 each pizza)

Parmesan to flavor

4 oz sliced cream cheese before cooking (2 oz per pizza)

2 jalapeños (1 per pizza)

1 cup cilantro (1/2 cup per pizza)


Pizza toppings

11. Add sauce (recipe below)*

12. Add pepperoni

13. Jalapeño

14. Add Parmesan

15. Bake 6 minutes

16. Cut in quarters

17. Cilantro on top

18. Portion into containers

19. Enjoy!


*Pizza sauce

1/2 15oz can tomato sauce

1/2 6oz can tomato paste

2 tbs olive oil

4-6 tbs Blendz pizza magic or

3 tbs Parmesan

1/2 tsp salt

2 cloves garlic


*Pizza sauce

20. Dice garlic

21. Add all ingredients to pot

22. Cook 10 minutes over medium heat

23. Remove from heat

24. Let rest 5 minutes
