Hello!! My name is David Thompson and I want to welcome you to my keto nutrition and holistic health blog. This blog represents countless hours of learning and research on how our bodies work and our overall health.


My first area of study was focused on keto and nutritional health. I have amassed so much research in my countless hours spent learning, it was in writings, ideas, understandings written in stacks on my desk. So I thought it’s time I start putting some of this together. Well it has been no easy task to put everything together and offer this for anyone wanting to take control of their health, get back on track, or give your body a chance to heal itself. I believe that your body can heal itself with the right care, nutrition, and awareness. If you have ever heard the expression “you are what you eat…” well that’s quite literal. Your cells are constantly regenerating and because of this, the foods you eat eventually become your cells. Which is pretty crazy to really think about!! I mean let’s say your diet consists of nutritionally void foods such as soda, processed foods, fast foods, and prepackaged meals, then over time those are what the cells will become. This can have a damaging effect on your cells and cause an entire hospital full of issues. The likes of cancer, cardiovascular diseases, neurological diseases, anxiety. depression, diabetes, stroke, alzeimers, dementia, osteoporosis, autism, epilepsy, and so on.... Scientifically our bodies are amazing the way they interact, with our environments, diets, needs, desires, each body has a similar system. Yet each person is unique in everything that makes them who they are, this includes weight loss. No two stories or patterns will be exactly the same; there are too many variables that could change the outcome.


There are as many opinions on what you should do for your body. My goal is to merely provide you with the information to make that decision on your own. I do not have a system or gimmick that will make you lose weight any faster than the next person that is talking about Keto. But I do have a very thorough knowledge of how keto works and how our bodies are affected by what we eat. My goal is to show you what keto can do for you and help you become the healthiest you possible. This lifestyle is my passion, my all consuming quest. It has changed my whole world and I know that it can do the same for you! In the state of Missouri, you must be a certified dietician to tell people to follow nutritional advice. So I can merely suggest a lifestyle not recommend it. However in my own experience keto as a way of life, has changed my life!
